Wow, it's been a while... I guess life gets in the way when suddenly you have things like "goals in life" and "responsibilities", and let's not forget those "expectations" we are supposed to be meeting.

When one studies hard for something one believes is utterly and completely useless, one must rant. The following does not really make any sense, as it is written by a simply exhausted mind. It is not meant to mean anything serious. NOTHING AT ALL MEANS ANYTHING IN THE FOLLOWING PASSAGES. SO DON'T READ IT LOL.
AND IT'S NOT EVEN LIKE HARD MATERIAL. IF THEY TOLD US WHAT THEY WILL TEST, OR HOW THEY WILL TEST, THEN IT'D BE TOO EASY, TOO EASY I TELL YOU!
AND THAT IS WHY I AM SO ANGRY. BECAUSE IT ISN'T EVEN HARD AND I SHOULD BE GETTING A+++++++++. BUT BECAUSE I AM LAZY, NO. I AM BEING RATIONAL. I DON'T WANT TO FREAKING MEMORIZE PAGES OF TEXT, SO I WON'T GET WHAT I SHOULD GET?
SCREW MARKETING! YOU'RE TRYING TO TEACH US SHIT FROM A BOOK THAT DOESN'T EVEN CORRESPOND TO THE CURRENT WORLD. IT'S OLD FOR GOD'S SAKE! YOU UPDATE ALL THOSE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE BOOKS FOR THOSE MINOR MINOR MINOR NEGLIGIBLE DETAILS AND MAKE US BUY BRAND NEW BOOKS, BUT FOR MARKETING, WHERE UPDATES REALLY MATTER, YOU DON'T UPDATE THE BOOK. I'm sitting here in accounting lecture wishing I had the heart to pay attention, because when we get our marks back and I am not happy with what I get, I'll have nothing to blame but my messed up hormones. Or whatever it is that makes me feel emo.
And I KNOW it's the hormones, because my rational mind tells me to think otherwise, unlike when I was homesick for REAL, everytime I come back to Canada from a four month summer home in Hong Kong and the sickness takes over body, mind, and soul. Thank God.
I guess when you spend a two week holiday plus two extra blessed weeks of extended invitation at a friend's, living with them, you don't just get used to it, you turn it into a pseudo home, man.
Damn damn damn.
I guess the "easily happy" trait comes with being subject to strong falls.
Of course, the higher you are able to get, the harder the fall must be.
Ahh.
